sets forth these Terms of Use (“Terms”) for the website www.inventtaict.com.br and its pages/forms (“Website”). Through the Website, users (“You” or “User”) may access institutional content and submit innovation projects via a form (“Submission”).
2. ACCEPTANCE
By accessing, browsing, or using the Site and/or submitting a Submission, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. You represent that you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site and do not make any Submissions. 3. OBJECTIVE AND SCOPE
These Terms govern the general conditions of use of the Website and the rules for submitting innovation projects to INVENTTA ICT. The Website does not conduct sales, does not process payments, and does not offer the purchase of products or services through e-commerce.
4. WEBSITE FEATURES
The Website may offer, among other features: a) access to institutional content; b) access to the project submission form; c) submission of information and attachments related to the Submission; d) contact/customer service channel. INVENTTA ICT may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Site at any time for technical, operational,
or legal reasons.
5. RULES FOR SUBMITTING INNOVATION PROJECTS
5.1. Who Can Submit
The submission may be made by an individual who is at least 18 years of age or by a legal entity through an authorized representative. If you are under
18 years of age, submission may only take place with the consent and supervision of a legal guardian.
5.2. Minimum Information and Accuracy
By submitting a project, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, and acknowledge that any inconsistencies may prevent the project from being reviewed.
5.3. Permitted Content and Format
You should submit only content related to innovation, as specified in the form. INVENTTA ICT may refuse Submissions that are incomplete, outside the scope, or in violation of these Terms.
5.4. No Obligation to Review or Hire
Submitting a proposal does not create an obligation to:
a) review the project within a specified timeframe;
b) approve, contract, compensate, or implement the project;
c) establish a partnership, joint venture, or any other business relationship.
Any subsequent interaction will be defined in a separate document, if applicable.
6. CONFIDENTIALITY AND HANDLING OF INNOVATIVE PROJECTS
NON-CONFIDENTIAL Submissions
By submitting a Submission, you acknowledge that:
a) The Submission will not be treated as confidential;
b) INVENTTA ICT may already be developing, or may develop in the future, similar solutions;
c) there is no guarantee of exclusivity, originality, or compensation;
d) INVENTTA ICT may evaluate, classify, and forward the Submission internally for the purpose of innovation screening.
CONFIDENTIAL Submissions
INVENTTA ICT undertakes to treat the Submission as confidential only to the extent and for the duration defined in its internal policy and/or a specific document, and may request additional documentation (e.g., (NDA) before receiving sensitive information.
7. COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS REGARDING THE SUBMISSION
7.1. Ownership
Unless otherwise specified in a specific contract, you retain all rights to the original content of the Submission.
7.2. Evaluation License
By submitting a Submission, you grant INVENTTA ICT a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide license for as long as necessary to: (i) receive, store, reproduce, and analyze the Submission; (ii) share it internally with teams involved in the evaluation; and (iii) retain copies for audit, security, and verification purposes.
7.3. User Warranties
You represent and warrant that: a) you have the necessary rights and authorizations to submit the Submission and attachments; b) the Submission does not infringe on the rights of third parties (copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, personal data, etc.); c) if the project contains personal data belonging to third parties, you have the legal basis and authorizations to share it.
8. PROHIBITIONS, PENALTIES, AND REPORTING ABUSE
You may not use the Site to:
a) to engage in unlawful acts or violate applicable laws;
b) post offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or illegal content;
c) submit material that infringes on intellectual property, trade secrets, or the rights of third parties;
d) to introduce viruses or malware, or to engage in acts that interfere with the operation of the Site;
e) attempting to access restricted areas, systems, or data without authorization;
f) using bots or automation to improperly collect information.
INVENTTA ICT may, at its discretion and without prejudice to legal measures, reject Submissions and/or block access when it identifies a violation of these Terms or a security risk. If you identify any misuse, you may report it through the Communication Channel (item 12).
9. USER’S RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for:
a) for your use of the Site and the information you submit;
b) by ensuring that attachments and submitted data are accurate and authorized;
c) by keeping their devices and connection in good working order appropriate.
10. INVENTTA ICT’S RESPONSIBILITIES
INVENTTA ICT makes reasonable efforts to keep the Site available and secure, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and the Site may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure.
INVENTTA ICT is not liable for:
a) damages resulting from the User’s misuse of the Site;
b) content submitted by Users;
c) third-party links that may be available on the Site.
11. PERSONAL INFORMATION AND PRIVACY
Submission may involve providing personal data (for example: name, email address, Inventta ICT, phone number, job title, and information contained in the attachments). INVENTTA ICT will process this data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which describes the purposes of data processing, data sharing, security measures, and the rights of data subjects.
The Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Digital World requires transparency regarding the collection, use, storage, and protection of personal data in the terms of service and user agreements for applications; therefore, we urge you to read the Privacy Policy carefully.

13. EFFECTIVE DATE AND UPDATES
These Terms are effective for an indefinite period and may be updated at any time. The date of the last update will appear at the end of the document.
When significant changes occur, INVENTTA ICT may provide notice on the Website and/or via email, as applicable.
14. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The jurisdiction of the Judicial District of São Paulo, SP, is hereby elected, waiving
any other jurisdiction, no matter how preferential it may be, subject to applicable legal provisions.
Important note (standard-form contract): For services provided in Brazil, the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet provides protection for users regarding
jurisdiction clauses in standard-form contracts (by offering the option of Brazilian jurisdiction).
